    There are 54 placements on the provided DTF transfer template allowing for several shirt sizes to be printed on one sheet. Pricing is per sheet of 54. Pricing is based on 50, with 4 extras, free of charge. The 2 x 2 inch transfers will be cut into squares, inspected, packaged to ship for you to heat apply as needed. We can heat apply them for you at an additional cost based on volume. 

    DTF neck label transfers are great for custom branding your apparel at point of sale rather than commiting to large volume screen printed orders.  Heat apply these to cotton, blends, polyester, nylon, rayon and even leather. Make sure you prepress the area where you are applying the trasnfer for about 6-8 seconds at 300 degrees.  This will help get any excess moisture and wrinkles out of the material. Place the transfer on the desired location and heat press for 15-20 seconds at 300 degrees with medium pressure around 65% or 6-7 on a Hottronix Fusion press. The transfers are cold peel so allow them sit for at least a full minute after removing from the heat press. Start peeling from an edge that has heaviest print coverage and peel toward the side with the least amount. If you notice any portion of the trasnfer is not sticking to the substrate, you may have a cool spot on the heat press. SImply lay the transfer film back in place, adjust the garment postion about 10% on the heat press, and repress it for 20 seconds. After peeling the carrier sheet away cleanly, heat press the garments 1-2 more times with lighter pressure and 30-40% or 3-4 on a Fusion heat press. Make sure you use a Teflon or wax paper sheet over the transfer so it does not stick to your heat plate. Teflon will leave a shinier finish and wax paper will matte the print and help make it softer. Doing this will allow more of the ink vapor to escape from the trasnfer, making the prints last longer, and feel softer. Store these for use at anytime in a dry location.
